Seaview Faralya Butik Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights in July, didn't have a reservation but walked in as another hotel nearby had let us down with the booking. This turned out to be a stroke of luck since we found this place and it was incredible!! Our room was at the top of the hill - the sea view & private pool is amazing. Cabin itself is fairly basic but nice, but main draw is def the outside space. Love the fact that nobody comes to the room unless you specifically request it. Note that there are many many cats which we loved but may not be for everyone! The hotel staff were very responsive and helpful; Umit in particular was fantastic. On my friend's birthday he set the table up for dinner overlooking the sea which was a nice touch! One thing that would be good is more umbrellas or similar for the midday sun, especially at the main pool where there is no shade whatsoever! Overall the place was absolutely awesome and would definitely return!

This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had and have never written a bad review. First thing the price I paid £500 a night for three nights. In this you do not even get complementary water. For this we got a view of a car park and guests looking at us I thought this was supposed to be a private villa. There was constant view and noise of guest coming and leaving the car park in there cars. The room was nice and spacious but the pool was freezing cold we did not even use it. This was in August. The food was average however my frustration on one night we were served a cold piece of steak which was not worthy of the price. I returned it back with the waiter that served it and who said he will return this back. I waited for 30 minutes then messaged back by this time my food was also cold. They then stated via WhatsApp the kitchen was closed to my dismay as we went to bed hungry there is no Restraunt for 30/40 mins and my wife was pregnant. They suggested we go out to find food which was bang out of order at 10pm. Communication felt very aggressive and no acknowledgment of any wrong doing especially in regards to the food being served cold and and then not served at all. They claim to be helpful but will always be dismissive of any points made. Constantly have to ask for towels as there is no room service unless requested when they did come the pool and jacuzzi was not cleaned and dead flies can be seen inside it. Food is left on the side everyday and there a flys everywhere. Even when the room was cleaned the food was left on the side and not taken. Our experience was very bad I would never come back again and recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Part of heaven ❤️ Don't know how can I start or what to say, this place brings me alive again the view of it makes you fly and relax the place is very comfortable for those looking to relax, and the service is great the food is super, rooms are clean and the people are so nice and respectful. I and my husband enjoyed every moment in this place, and will always come again and again it has been one of our favorite places in the world and I suggest everyone go to it.
